My experience with this establishment has always been outstanding with the exception of my last visit.. I was trying for 4 days to get a prescription renewed, which is ALWAYS a hassle at this office.. no one ever answers the phone in the area where prescriptions are handled.the recording is useless. Had a human being answered the phone I would've been told that I needed to see the doctor to facilitate the renewal. That information was given to me by my pharmacy. Additionally when I finally got a human being in the phone I was told I hadn't seen the doctor since 2017.. when in fact had the proper time and effort been utilized, they would see my last visit was in April if 2018.. as a result of this incompetence, I had to leave NYC, to make an unnecessary office visit all to get a prescription renewal. The usual competent and extremely helpful (Denise and Lisa)
and doctor FlIcker himself were as bewildered as I as to why I was there. This "prescription renewal process" needs an upgrade in either personnel or functionality, and most likely both, as this is not the first time an issue has originated there.. the establishment overall exudes professionalism, that area where the prescription renewals are facilitated is the very weak link.. very weak..
